Something you can do right now is claim your Google+ page and optimize it. Most entrepreneurs have not done this. Google plus/local/places is Google’s answer to Facebook, so laying the best foundation possible, is vital for your success.
Another important aspect of social media, is reputation management. If you get a bad review or comment online, true or not, it can become a nightmare and you can lose a lot of potential business.
